I wish I could give you some really good advise, that will help, but I was trimming trees and running around just like you are with the last two boys. YOu couldnt make me sit down. I felt like I needed to get everything done before the baby was here.

Definately sleep with tonz of pillows and definately one between your knees. When you get home sit down and put your feet up and have Riley give you a leg and foot massage every once in a while( or daily if he'll do it.)Those "croc" shoes that are soooo ugly, were my saving grace when I was pregnant, I know they're not that attractive but for having to stand on your feet all day, it's comfort first! I hope that helps.

Oh Brooke...hang in there!!

I have been in your exact shoes many a times....I went as far as going to a herbal store & taking Blue Cohosh (something that is supposed to start your contractions) to even drinking Castor Oil & oj...that cleaned me out good. I have even walked curbs...you can try all that, but sad to say I think all those things will only work if you are ready....but just try to get as much sleep now as you can, hard as it is!!

oh brooke I feel for ya, at this point Im sure you just can't get comfortable. Poor thing:( I went swimming a ton near the end it helped a lot especially with the lovely job that we have. Being on your feet all day is so hard. My doc told me to try to sit 15 min. for every 30 your stand. So instead of scheduling a client between a client I would just take it easy. Drink lots and lots of water. Hang in there youre almost there:)

Long showers and swimming helped me, oh yeah and begging my doc to let me have my baby early! I lucked out and had both boys @37 weeks. But Oh yeah, get the pregnancy wedge by Bopy, it saved my back!

The pool was a great way to relieve all the pressure, it really helped with the aches and pains.
There were a few girls at my salon that used the horse(the chair u can sit on to cut hair) while they we pregnant, They said it was a life saver

We need to invent a crotch sling! I swear it would sell! No advice, but to just not work like a crazy woman! I love you and miss you! I cant wait to see you and the baby soon!
